Issue Title: Perma freezing mobs (especiallly dragonfly)

Issue Description: If you freeze a mob with an icestaff then place a log (or any other burnable object) right besides them and burn it right before they are about to break out the mob is left perma frozen until you hit them, except the dragonfly. The dragonfly will remain frozen even after hitting him.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Freeze the mob with icestaff

2. Place burnable object right besides him

3. Burn the object

4. Mob is permanently frozen.

5. HIt the mob to unfreeze if not dragonfly or if dragonfly hit the mob to watch him as he stays frozen unfazed.
