Small texture for spriter project.

How to create spriter animation for hat using only small images?

 

I see hat_walrus.zip where atlas-0.tex has size 256x128 and contains all 4 images.

Obviously, they stretch in game. But how? There is no additional animations in walrus hat spriter project.
