Uploading mod preview videos to the workshop

You know how mods in the workshop have those preview images on the page?

I've seen mods on the workshop with video previews along with image previews, but the mod uploader only gives an option to upload images. I've looked around at tutorials, but they only talk about uploading images.

Does anyone know how to upload a video preview along with the mod to the steam workshop?

Also, while we're on the topic, is there a way to publish the mod as private and then switch it to public when I'm ready to publish it so it'll still show up as new in the workshop? I was hoping to test some stuff out myself before publishing it.

(Sorry, idk why but I'm real knit-picky about this stuff)

You can't do that in the uploader (as far as I am aware), but in Steam it works. Just open your mod like any user would and click the respective edit options.
