[General] - Cant start the game, msvcp110.dll is missing

Issue Title: Cant start the game, msvcp110.dll is missing

Issue Description: When i press "start", i get a error that "msvcp110.dll" is missing.

Informations about my Hardware are annexed.

Steps to Reproduce: Try to start without "msvcp110.dll"

Have you tried reinstalling the redistributeables?  

 

In steam RIGHT CLICK on invisible Inc, choose PROPERTIES,  LOCAL FILES, then BROWSE LOCAL FILES. 

Navigate to: 

_CommonRedist\vcredist\2012

 

Run: vcredist_x86.exe.  Or if you have a 64bit system run: vcredist_x64.exe

I also use to get the error i don't remember at what point but i would not suggest to Download the Missing File from any unknown Source.

 

As mentioned above install redistributable from microsoft and see if that solves the issue...

 

If it doesn't then go through other Solutions mentioned here http://www.smarttricks.net/msvcp110-dll-is-missing that i found from google.

Got a "cure", you need uninstall all old versions of Visual C ++ first:
 
Go to Control Panel – Add or Remove Programs.
Remove ” Visual C ++ Redistributable»
Reinstall it, either from game folder either from MS site.

These steps should help fix the problem.
Control panel in win10 is easy to access by right click on "Start" button (or whatever it should be called now)
