Kooky Posted August 11, 2015 Share Posted August 11, 2015 Bug Submission: Category: General Platform: PC Issue Title: Ran out of memory problem DST Needs to close Issue Description: I re-enabled the mods I've been using since practically forever, and now all of a sudden since this update I cannot get the game to run. It tells me the game ran out of memory and needs to close. I have 16 gigs of memory! There is NO HUMANLY OR COMPUTERLY possible way that DST uses more memory than 16 gigs! I am also on windows 10. You will find it in: Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\log.txt Also, try disabling all of your mods, then enable them one at a time to identify if one or more of the installed mods are causing the issue. JanH Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 Yeah it looks like one or more of the mods are likely causing the memory leak issue. Try disabling them one at a time to catch which one was causing a problem. If the issue persists, go into your Steam folders for Don’t Starve Together and fully delete the contents of your game’s “Mods” folder. (Steam\SteamApps\common\Don't Starve Together Beta\mods) Doing the above step will ensure that any mods that were causing an issue to be fully deleted from your system.
