Issue Title: Merm attacks lasting longer than intended?
Issue Description: The attack for Merm monsters seems to last quite a few frames beyond the actual attack.

I've confirmed this to not be a lag thing before I go any further, as I've noticed this on my own local host worlds as well as public dedicated servers.

Whereas you can pretty much tell for anything else that fights back when you are safe to move back in, such as the pigs which share the same animation, for some reason the Merm attack just outright stays active longer (and unless I'm imagining things, they seem to keep their 'fist' in the attack animation slightly longer as well)
Steps to Reproduce: Just fight a merm monster, no special steps needed here. Compare it to when you fight a pig, (brute or regular) and the number of frames when you can get safely back into melee distance.
