The Anim Folder won't Compile

I am currently using this tutorial to create a custom character in Don't Starve and Don't Starve Together: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/46849-tutorial-using-extended-sample-character-template/

 

I already have done custom artwork, speech files, and renamed all the files that needed to be renamed. The issue I'm having is that when I compile the mod, the anim folder won't compile. I don't know why this is, but it just seems to refuse to work. The other thing I noticed was that every time I extracted the compressed folder (which is in the original download), the zip located in the exported folder becomes corrupted. Even after manually compiling this (just the exported zip, not the anim zip), the anim folder still refuses to compile. Any information on how to either fix this bug or manually compile the anim folder would be greatly appreciated.

Modders are more active there. You might get faster help that way.
