How does it work with steam etc

Hey, I have a question

Im trying out the beta right now of this game on google chrome, and I can preorder this game for some advantages, extra copy etc. But can I really start to play the non demo than? And how does it work with steam? I prefer to buy this game on steam than on google play, so thats why

The only significant difference between the two versions is that the Steam version is capable of running at a higher framerate (and of course the Steam version isn't run from within a web browser). Otherwise they're the same game, and both versions give you access to the beta when you buy the game.

(Also, the Chrome version seems to be stuck at a 720p internal resolution for me, even if I fullscreen it. I'm not sure if there's a way to change the internal resolution for the Chrome version or not, since I rarely play it on Chrome as I prefer to play it on Steam. I do know that the Steam version will let you run it at basically any resolution, and the window size can be easily manipulated while it's in windowed mode.)
