Issue Title: Endless "Logging in..." on first play with no account when joining game

Issue Description: My friend just gifted me a copy of this game, and so I installed it and booted it up.

Instead of clicking "Play" I just accepted their Steam invite.

This prompted with "Logging in..." and it kept causing the game music to quickly restart and loop. Clicking cancel would not function properly and clicking "Play offline" wouldn't do anything either.

After clicking play on the start screen WITHOUT joining an external game, the game prompted me to create an account.

It looks like there is no error handling for a fresh install with no account when going straight to joining an external game.

Steps to Reproduce: Start with a CLEAN installation of the game, not logged in or anything.

1. Boot FRESH INSTALL up

2. Receive Steam invite from friend

3. Accept Steam invite

Then sit back as you get some repetitive tunes.

@MissMituna,

It sounds like the core of the problem is you are unable to register an account.  What you are experiencing with rthe weird restart loop/music is new to me.  I certainly can help you get sorted out, but I'll need a bit more information to do it.  The game makes a log file that would tell me what went wrong,  could you please upload it for me?

This file is located in your Documents Folder, under Klei/DontStarveTogether/log.txt
e.g. on my system the file is located here:
C:\Users\MarkL\Documents\Klei\DoNotStarveTogether\log.txt

@MarkL, From their report it sounded like they were able to create an account successfully, they were just pointing out that if you hadn't created one yet and accepted a game invite through Steam that you'd get stuck in a Logging in... loop, which you could get out of by exiting out (alt+F4?) and launching the game normally.
