I cant see my mod item

I made it to where I can see my mod in the recipe tab so I can create it; however, I cant spawn with my item nor can I create my item. I followed the steps from Klei's artist's guide, but it didn't help. can someone look at my information of my mod and tell me why cant I see my items or create it. I left the name called wod cause I was trying to see if the problem was other stuff I had with the mod or just the item.

That's the blowdart, not a custom item. You have to give it a unique name in the bottom-most line (e.g. "common/inventory/blowdart_tear"). Else it'd override the regular blowdart ("blowdart_pipe")
