Ran
I was wondering, is it possible to modify/remove some of these? I know I can turn off distortion in the options, but that's about it. All the visual changes when insane drop my FPS considerably, at dusk I can't see anything without a light, and overall the sounds are quite unnerving. And while I can understand that's the point, it personally makes staying insane to get Nightmare Fuel not an option. I just can't stand all the added up annoyances and it urges me to get my sanity back up, even if shadow creatures aren't an issue at all. Ran
Well, I found the fsb file with the sounds I'd like to modify (sanity.fsb), but I really dunno how to replace them with the modified ones. I can extract the mp3 files and modify them, but then dunno how to put them back into a functional fsb. All sound tutorials I've found are all about custom character sounds. Anyone? Ran
Hm, alright, wasn't sure if this would be considered a mod, since I was just thinking of replacing game files, without having a proper mod folder and such.
