Issue Title: The light-chop tree bug

Issue Description: This isn't only a Don't Starve Together bug. This is in single player modes as well. Upon lighting a tree on fire, you can quickly chop it afterwards and get normal loot (or before it burns down, if you're playing as Willow or wearing Scalemail). This seems like a benefit but it is a bug in my opinion, which makes chopping easier, even though it might have the risk of not being chopped in time and you'll either burn or the stuff around the tree will light on fire as well. I'd suggest that either the trees that are burning are not possible to be chopped, or they should give the loot of an already burnt tree.

Steps to Reproduce: 1) Light a tree on fire (via torch, fire staff or lighter).

2) Quickly equip axe and chop it. It should take only one chop for the tree to be chopped down and give normal tree loot.

Don't worry, we've known about this issue for some time, so he's not revealing any secret.

We've got the issue slated as an item which we might eventually fix, but it is a low priority fix, so it might be awhile before it is addressed.

I know, it kind of sucks for us, but, the dves need to know the troof! After all, they are nice devs :-) Unlike for some other games >_>

Hey, don't worry about that.

You will eventually fix it.

Now, why don't you sit here and drink this perfectly healthy cup of tea with absolutely no drugs in it? I would never want to delay that bug fix

;)
