If you need to read it, but I'll give you what they said about a PS4 version: Is Don't Starve Together coming to PlayStation 4? We still have a very long development path on Don't Starve Together before we can know about it hitting PS4. We'd like to do it if it's possible though. So my advice is not putting all your chips in one place, but don't lose hope on it either.
