Cyberboy2000 Posted January 26, 2015 Share Posted January 26, 2015 I found that the easiest way to reproduce this was to draw attention from a nearby camera drone and when it returns to its station the tiles will be glitched. I don't know if it works every time, but it happened to me several times.
