Woodside235
Is there a way to tell if there's a monster close by?Or a way to check if your sanity is being drained by nearby monsters?Or does an event fire when you get near an enemy?Something like that? outseeker
There are usually a bunch of different approaches available, depending- what are u wanting to do exactly mate? *edit* extra goodies below There's tonnes of info about modding in the legend's posts here: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/47353-guide-getting-started-with-modding-dst-and-some-general-tips-for-ds-as-well/ As he suggests, a working mod is a good place to start. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=362191380 for example should give you a great basis for whatever you wanna do I imagine. It takes control of players who are too laggy when they get too near monsters from what I understand, so that should give you a working example to learn from.
