wakefulBbb Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Bug Submission: Category: Client Crash Issue Title: Disconnecting From Friend's Server Sporadically Issue Description: After joining the server, I would disconnect from the server in about 10 minutes. It would just say that I was disconnected. My friend hosts many other servers like Minecraft or Garry's Mod and I don't disconnect from them. Keep in mind though, my friend and I are about 2000 miles apart but the really interesting thing is that when I host the server, my friend does not get disconnected ever. It would state that I am an "O.K. Host" but when my friend hosts the server, it would say "Good Host". Also, we play with mods but this was happening before we started to play with mods. In addition, one of my other friend who is near me also gets disconnected from his server randomly when playing. Steps to Reproduce: I would just be playing Don't Starve Together Beta and all of a sudden everything freezes and a few seconds later, the message, "Disconnected. you have lost connection to the server. Maybe it's for the best, you know? Then again, I'm just a dialog box -- who am i to say?" That's what I am trying to say, my computer is worse than his but he doesn't get disconnected from my server but I get disconnected from his server.
