@OldOnyx, Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?

Edit: Hmm, okay. Dunno about this one, then. It's possible this falls into the category the devs talked about on the last dev stream, where they want to go and buy this hardware so they can test it and fix it, but actually can't find the hardware available for sale anywhere.

Hey!  Sorry I didn't reply sooner.

For everyone who sees this- this is often caused by a mod you have installed messing with our code.   It gets everything out of sync and has us set crazy values for our colours.  We first experienced it when someone installed a regular DS mod on their DST server.

If you experience this issue, please disable all mods.

If you have any mods enabled, and those mods have a bug, you can receive this issue.   If you see this issue, first try disabling all mods, restarting the game, and hosting a mod-free server.  If the issue is fixed, you have ruled out a graphics issue.

We can try to fail more gracefully in the future.

I'm not sure about the "bsod" issue.  If you didn't see any visual corruption before that happened, it may be a rendering bug or incompatibility with something on your machine.   We aren't aware of any BSOD bugs at this time, but that doesn't mean they don't exist!  If you can reproduce the error in a consistent fashion we can try to reproduce it here.
