Delannion Posted December 8, 2014 Share Posted December 8, 2014 I am surely not the first to bring this up, but I'd like to throw my voice behind some support for starting equipment. The reality is, in a new game it's trivial to find a few pieces of flint, sticks, and grass, to make your first few tools. If you join a server after a few hours(or days, weeks...), not only can it be extremely difficult to locate those few essential early supplies, but you have no idea where home base is, and it may even be the middle of the night! Every player deserves a chance without relying on the immediate charity of the players who have been on the server longer. Let players start with a bit of resources and/or with an axe,pick, and torch. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
