Issue Title: Die to Flare2V's mass tentacles when attempting to join San Fran's dedicated server

Issue Description: This player surrounded the spawn to the San Fran dedicated server with tentacles so everyone who joins gets stunlocked and dies. I was excited to meet the community for this game that I love but if this behavior is smiled upon I've been rudely awakened by what this community is like.

Steps to Reproduce: Join the San Fran dedicated server.
