Issue Title: Unable to access detention cell after hacking
Issue Description: It happened twice. When I hacked the detention cell with a deaemon on it and tried to open, the thing was not accessible and I had to hack the already-hacked cell again with my buster chip. The second time happened when I hacked it with my agent's buster chip, and since it would not open, I had to take another agent's buster chip to re-hack it. The same daemon was activated twice, so I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hack detention cell with a daemon.
2. Try unlocking cells, and fail.
3. Hack it once again with a buster chip and have the daemon activated once a again.

I can confirm encountering this same problem. There was a daemon on the control panel and after being hacked, the console remained locked. The daemon that activated was the one that raises firewalls, if it helps.

Thanks for the post.  Yes, this is related to the Fortify daemon raising the firewalls on the object that you just hacked.  Will have this fixed for the next update.
