Resurection order?

I have a couple of touchstones activated and just built my first meat effigy. When I die, where will I be resurrected first? Do touchstones work in order of first touched to last, or visa-versa? And where do meat effigies fit in to that equation?

Amulet comes first, then touchstones, from first to last, then meat effigies.

While, yes, the amulet would come first, touchstones and effigies are completely based on proximity.
