Issue Title: Orphaned unnamed resource. This resource must have used Add( resource ) to insert itself into the manager.

Issue Description: Play the game and your log file will be full of lines like that:

Orphaned unnamed resource. This resource must have used Add( resource ) to insert itself into the manager.

The longer you play the more lines is there, I got even to 12k lines.

It slows down the game and uses more and more memory. It kills the FPS of the game the longer you play, slower the game will be.

It affects all versions of the game now!!!

Steam, Standalone, RoG and now DST, all on Windows. No matter mods or clean the log file spam remains.

I need fix for that.

This has definitely hampered my FPS on more than one occasion. Especially when sanity gets low.
