Issue Title: Willow ghost stuff

Issue Description: 1. Willows Ghost receives movement speed reduction on spider webbed ground but no speed increase on roads.

2. Willows ghost can set fire to items and tree.

3. Haunting trees spawns tree guardian.

4. Unable to remove bindings from Caps Lock. This is incredibly annoying since thats my Push to Talk button.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. walk over spider areas or roads.

2. This happend when i spent several nights as the ghost. I think it is Willows passive ability to start fires when nervous that triggers even as a ghost. Was also spamming space bar to haunt every tree around when it started.

3. Was haunting a lot of trees after i managed to burn down a forest or two as the ghost that's when the guardian spawned on the tree i haunted. (using space bar)

1. It's a bug to every ghost and will be fixed.

 

2. Every ghost can set stuff on fire. Haunting was intended to do random stuff.

 

3. That was intended as well.

 

4. This is something new and I have Caps Lock on Push to Talk button as well but didn't find anything annoying in that.

All ghosts have the chance to set fire to haunted items, and yes, haunting a tree and spawning a tree guardian was intended. The first however is a bug that all ghosts have and not just Willow. Not sure about the Caps lock problem, going to have to try that out next time I play.
