Issue Title: Infinitely zooming in

Issue Description: Game keeps zooming in infinitely, doesn't really break anything other than just having to zoom out all the way back.

Steps to Reproduce: Zoom out until clouds show up.

Press esc to open the settings/options/quit/etc menu.

Wait.

Watch the game slowly zooming into nothingness behind the menu. (Pressing esc again to close the menu stops it at whatever distance it was.)

I find that you can recreate this bug happens when you open the map and close it.

Some can and some cannot. I am in the cannot camp ATM. Have all of you (assuming you have) checked that you have the latest patch downloaded and rebooted?

It happens almost every time for me. I just received a beta key last night, so everything is up to date.

I can't replicate it either. I know that zooming on the map does also zoom the camera at the same time, but if I just open the map or the escape menu, no zooming occurs unless I scoll (although even that doesn't work on the escape menu).

Edit: if I scroll on the controls or settings menus I get the same effect as on the map screen: the zoom adjusts as if I didn't have those open.

Actually, you need to reopen steam and make sure literally in your library it doesn't say a DST download is needed.

No matter what, reboot your computer when done.

This may not guarantee it fixed, but it will update and clear out any hidden linked temp files.

I tested 5~10 times before posting, it happened every time on the "zoom out until clouds" condition. Haven't tested it with the map yet, but it prob will have something to do with the game behind the map zooming out together. I can try recording it on video if someone point me out to some easy-setup-free-lightweight-recording program as my pc is quite old.
