Issue Title: WX's ghost behaves like alive WX when it rains

Issue Description: When it rains, WX's ghost will sparkle and there will be standard "taking damage" sound effect as if rain actually hurts it.

I don't think WX's ghost should be affected by such earthly thing as falling drops of water.

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Play as WX-78.

2)Die.

3)Wait till it starts raining.
