[General] - Stuck in Generating World loop when setting world size to Tiny

Issue Title: Stuck in "Generating World" loop when setting world size to Tiny

Issue Description: Whenever you try to host a game with the World Size set to Tiny, the game becomes stuck in the Generating World screen, seemingly forever.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Press on Play Online!
2. Press on Host Server
3. Press on Edit World
4. Right next to the icon which says World size, press the left arrow until it says Tiny
5. Press Apply
6. Press on Create Server

And now the game should be stuck on generating the world until you forcefully turn the game off through Task Manager.
