Issue Title: Sanity effects like the eyes watching you stay even with high sanity
Issue Description: After regaining sanity through jerky the eyes still appear during the night. This has been going on for every night now, and I didn't have this problem when I just started the world.



Steps to Reproduce: - Get to the sanity treshold where you start seeing the eyes staring at you during the night
- Regain sanity by any means
- Wait untill the next night
- Eyes are still staring at you

It's possible that another player was on low sanity at that time and we saw what they saw.
