[Gameplay] - Teleporting (or blind) guards.

Issue Title: Teleporting (or blind) guards.
Issue Description: One turn before guard on the screenshot was in the room on the right. On his way he had to detect agent standing without cover, but it didn't happen. Also there was no move shown for this guard - it looked like he just materialized in this position.

Sometimes I'm playing on relatively low-spec notebook with many other processes running. In such conditions guard's turns sometimes very laggy and their movements are not displayed, but this time there is obvious bug with undetected agent.

Sadly no save file, I'll provide it if something like this will happen again.
