Custom Character Sounds?

I don't know how to make custom character voice sounds...

I looked at tutorials and what not but i still don't get it.

Anyone can help?

 

The sounds are for my character mod that you check out here.

 

I hope you can help me since i would love to give him custom voice sounds!

Yeah, that is the tutorial that confuses me.

What files do i need to create and stuff... I'm sorry if im a bit sketchy but it's confusing.

You need FMOD Designer (downloadable from Steam Don't Starve workshop)

some sort of sound file editor, there are several free ones available.

I have one question though, 

I got everything working but when my character says the "battlecry" there is no sound, maybe because he can't talk and run at the same time? Do you know IF i can fix that and how if possible?

Unfortunately no, didn't look into it that deeply myself.

In my own experiences the sounds always get cut off if I click anything.When engaging in battle are you clicking more than once on the enemy?
