[Graphics] - Action interface moves off-screen / behind character's face.

Issue Title: Action interface moves off-screen / behind character's face.

Issue Description: The action icons near the character's face can be misplaced either behind the face, or partially off-screen.

Steps to Reproduce: This can happen when running the game in windowed mode and the player clicks the maximize icon, (square between minimize and close icons in the upper right) during enemy turn changes or actions taking place on screen.

The issue is easily fixed by un-maximizing / re-maximizing the screen.

Most likely the issue lies in maximizing to a custom size, since the window usually can't maximize to the full screen size due to desktop features / themes, such as placement of the taskbar, (in my case my task bar is situated on the right side of my desktop spanning from top to bottom of the screen.
