The full price of the game will go up to $20 with the release of multiplayer. For PS4, I assume it will be the same, though later than PC I beat adventure mode my first time with WX-78, as a good source of gears is a super bandage and can get him up to be nearly invincible. The second time, I wanted to try Webber, which was also easy. His love of spiders makes getting passed them a breeze. His low sanity also makes it easy to raise/lower for obelisks. He can also eat monster meat, which is abundant in AM. lynlynlora Posted August 6, 2014 Share Posted August 6, 2014 1:Might anyone know if there's any possibility of mods on Don't starve PS4?2:Will Don't starve together be free or be like RoG?,Oh, and does anyone have tips for adventure mode because I seriously cannot beat it xD if you're just looking to beat Adventure Mode, and not worried about "taking the easy way", play as WX-78, without ROG expansion (if you have it.) suicide and restart if you get King of Winter or A Cold Reception for your first world- ideally you want Archipelago or The Game is Afoot. FIND GEARS ASAP. If you got The Game is Afoot don't be afraid to settle in and camp a bit to make sure you're really well equipped to find the things. Rushing a world is only practical if you're really good at the game. Don't fight anything you don't have to. Combat is almost always a bad idea. The only time the risk is worth it is hunting the walrus for tusks to get a walking cane. and koalephants for meat. Traps make clearing spider nests stupidly easy so you don't have to fight them. um. that was more than I thought. I apologize, if you've been playing for a while those may sound like bone head obvious tips, they're just my policy, and I managed it three times. (trying to get Wes, and I couldn't just leave it unfinished when I didn't find him.) However, I suspect this only appears after you've made a certain number of posts, because I asked a similar question a little while ago, and I swear to god that link wasn't there when I asked, and now it is. the only difference is I've made a few more posts since then. This is done so people don't sneak spam into their new edited postings which started as "normal" posts. Even when you've proven yourself, there are still filters that look for random words used as spam keywords as well as other posting filter trends i won't share here to deter spammers getting an upper hand.
