Question on Klei's guidelines

Where does Klei's or the community's guideline stand on drug-related content? Specifically if I were to create a cigar or joint/blunt of sorts? I couldn't find specifics in the guidelines/rules myself so any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

Also you need to abide by Steams online conduct policy too if you will be submitting your mod through the workshop

 

If its just a cigar though I think you'll be fine.

I think even if you were to implement marijuana in some form it wouldn't violate either of those rules. It's use is accepted in numerous countries; it wouldn't be practically different than a mod which implemented alcohol or tobacco.

They also technically expect the end user to be an adult, or a non-adult given permission by an adult.

Anyways, as far as I can tell, you're allowed to go wild. It won't necessarily mean your mod will be successful, but as far as the guidelines are concerned, there is nothing explicitly or implicitly disallowing the creation of a mod which implements illegal (or legal) substances.
