the truthseeker Posted July 10, 2014 Share Posted July 10, 2014 Since Webber is only in RoG, you'd have to get a RoG add on when it comes out on PS4 (and start a new game) to initially unlock him. Once unlocked, I am not sure if you can select him in vanilla...lemme check...nope, you must have the RoG enabled (even after unlock of webber) to select the character.
