BurningBalls Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 Caves are tough enough already without worrying about the freezing temperatures of winter, which now affect caves in RoG. Deerclops is not hard though, as soon as you hear him coming, immediately leave your base. He will spawn wherever you are, if you are in the middle of nowhere he will spawn there and just rage around (without destroying your precious base). After that you could try to kite him, or just leave him. If you want to fight him, make sure to only hit him twice before dodging. Bring some jerky since his insanity aura will drive you crazy very quickly, and you don't want to fight him while insane.
