"Sailing" Maybe?

The Third day in the "Way" puzzle reminds me of the old joke that if your are stranded, just tie a bunch of Sea Gulls to your Raft and sail away. You think we might be looking at something similar, a "Way" out?

I would like the idea of a sea and boating, as long as it maintained a "creepy" feel to enforce the fact that you are still trapped there. I'd like to see dark shapes under the water, serpentine shadow creatures, krakenbeasts and giant birds perhaps. It might be interesting to bring specific supplies onto a raft with you to survive on your journey to what ever lies beyond.
