What do they look like? How to craft "gramophone" with them, how to get them and does anyone know a specific use for this? Is this real anyways? It's been in vanilla since last April. Look into any game's files and your bound to find unused content that's still there. There's tons of items that have been in the game for longer than the gramophone parts, like the bonfire which were planned to be used when the game first came out. If there is a ton of unused stuff, may be I could program them for something and use them for the big mod I'm thinking to make.
