Mercy crawls and tries to go back to sleep.

<I need to gather more informations about Them...and about that group of people...Maybe if I sleep...>

And she passes out.

But this time the dream was different.

Standing on a red carpet, trapped in a small black room, all she could see was the view of the small windows in front of her. Outside, there was a black shadowy figure that was slowly walking and approacing that hut. And behind it, two red eyes were staring at her.

And suddenly morning came.

Wilson was the first to wake up. He slowly got up, and stretched, before rekindling the fire.

[Battal]

Vilsig remains underground, presumably asleep.  It's clear that the previous day took its toll on him.

Lewis woke up and stared at Wilson doing he's things until he turns his head in Alma's direction and realises she wasn't there.

"Where did she go?" He asks.

(Wilson wasn't the first to wake up)

Wilson looked around, and sighed.

 

"Wha....I...I don't know...she must have run off somewhere...Great."

<What's up with that girl?> Lewis asked to himself.

But suddenly, a strange sounds comes from a near bunch of trees, followed by Alma's figure emerging from the woods.

"Oh...you are already awake..."

[Silentdarkness1]

Wilson turned to Alma, while also keeping an eye on the direction where the sounds were coming from.

 

"....What's going on here?...."

[Battal]

Vilsig checks out what Alma was doing in the woods and finds a large pile of mutilated bodies.

[DwerBomb]

Alma glances at Wilson with empty eyes, then she whispers in a cold tone:

"It was nothing. Nobody was there. Maybe I just imaginated it."

[Silentdarkness1]

"I don't think so. I can hear something too....are you hiding something?"

[DwerBomb]

Alma's eye are now more normal.

"I've checked it. It was a hound with a piece of flint in it's right eye. Judging by how tired it was it must have ran all the night in search of a good place where to hide...Ah, don't worry, I took care of it."

And that said she shows her hands full of blood.

"I also removed it's fur. Maybe I can use it to make a pair of gloves, what do you think?"

*smiles*

Alma walks back in the forest and comes back with a bunch of blood-stained hound fur.

"Oh and I suggest you not to go in there. The situation got a bit out of hand...and that dog is a bit everywhere. And it's starting to smell."

[Silentdarkness1]

"I've had to spend a whole day scraping up beefalo manure. I really doubt it's gonna smell worse than that. As soon as we get breakfast cooking, i'm going to investigate whatever it is you've been doing."

"If gore doesn't disturb you..."

Alma sits next to Lewis and throws the fur on the ground.

With a sudden movement, she turns to Lewis and stares at his eyes.

The boy blushed and backed away.

"H-hi-"

The girl giggles.

"I don't want to eat you. It's just that your eyes interest me."

That said she starts working with the fur, leaving the boy embarassed and astonished.

The commotion upside awakens Vilsig, who is still encased in soil.  He comes up to the surface and heads towards the woods Alma was in.

"Good morning Vilsig."

Alma says.

"Sleeped well?"

[Battal]

"Sure."  Vilsig says, peeking into the woods Alma was in.  "How about you?"

[Silentdarkness1]

Wilson eyed Alma for a while, before finally heading over to the fridge and getting out a few pounds worth of raw meat and spices, and starting up the crockpot.

The smell of blood reached Vilsig in the same moment he reached the woods. Inside it there was no hound or any other animal, but just blood and guts spread all over the place. Judging by how much blood was dripping from even the trees, the hound wasn't the only thing Alma killed there. Looking closer Vilsig could see parts of other dead animals such as rabbits' legs and even some feathers.

"I didn't sleep too well."

Alma answered.

[Battal]

Vilsig mutters a swear, backing out of the clearing.  "It looks like there's quite a bit more than a hound back there."  He says angrily.  "Why does it look like you threw a bunch of animals in a bag and blew them up?"

"They scared me...please don't hate me..."

She says with watery eyes.
