(Wait. Now it's Vilgis?)

"Well you know, being six feet underground isn't the best."

Alma follows Vilsig. She assumes a curious expression: she was near to meet other people, and she was happy about that.

But she was happy about Vilsig too. There is feeling between them, and she felt connect with him.

Alma smiles at Vilsig.

A while later, Wilson, Lewis and Entropy were heading back to camp. Wilson caught sight of Alma, and approached her, clearing his throat.

"...Uh....excuse me. Sorry if i'm interrupting you, lady, but what exactly are you doing here?"

Alma takes a deep breath and then speaks again, this time with a calmer tone.

"I thought you two were friends, Vilsig."

Lewis watches the girl curiously. It was like he had seen her somewhere before... but Alma doesn't seem to care about him and Entropy, as her sight is directed to Wilson and Vilsig.

"Last time I trusted a shadow, I got betrayed. Sorry, you're going to have to do better than that. A lot better. At least i'd die a decent death if Rustlung killed me, rather than getting devoured by you. You're gonna have to start making promises."

Vilsig snorts.  "If shadow creatures are untrustworthy, how do you know I'll keep my promises?"

He leans in close to Wilson, snapping his mandibles menacingly.

"And watch your tongue while making generalizations about my kind.  Keep in mind you don't have your little staff anymore, and I am already very, very pissed about you making me walk all the way back here."

"That's not how it works. He wears away at you, slowly. Waits for you to slowly succumb....then.....look here. I'm not scared of your tricks, Vilsig. I'm not going to be intimidated by you. So you may as well drop it. You're all the SAME. You've done nothing to prove yourself any different. Just like the rest! Also, Rustlung is watching me. Which means that he now knows that you know what he's planning. If you leave without my help, you'll likely not see tomorrow's light. If I were you, i'd try a far friendlier tone. Alright, PAL?"
