How to make a set piece mod?

I've asked this already and nobody answered. I want to make a set piece like the one in middle of farm field with beefalos and there's a chest which when you open will burn and the wood-walls around it will burn. Any idea how I make one? I don't need the animation of burning walls, but what I will need for the chest is to add science machine, alchemy engine, stone walls, wooden flooring and wooden chests with stuff in them. How do I make one to have at least chance of spawning in the game? Please help, it's a really good mod and everyone who knows markiplier will most likely download it for Don't starve!

Take a look at the Waverly mod - that adds a Weeping Willow setpiece somewhere.

Look, I just want to know where set pieces are located in the data folder so I can edit it and make a mod out of it in the end. I don't want to tell you guys what the mod will be called because it'll be funny, yet hard to find and great for being my first mod. My big goal of making a giant mod for Don't starve is making non-local multiplayer don't starve with 4 people max in one map.

I'm also thinking to make youtube videos about don't starve and make my channel grow but I need peoples' support. That's why right now I'm asking your support to help me with making my first mod for don't starve. What I need to know is where the set piece file is (what folder in Dontstarve/data).

You may, but unfprtunately I do not want to tell as it'll ruing the surprise and someone else might steal my idea and make the mod before me, so just wait till I can actually make it.

hopefully it isn't a mod with markiplier himself as a character! I was already working on that xD

I think that the place you are looking for is located in yourmod/scripts/map/static_layouts

You will have to initialize that through the modmain as a new layout if you want to use it in world generation.

My apologies for not understanding this in the first post, but the location you want is dont_starve/data/scripts/map/static_layouts

You won't, however, be able to modify them directly.  You will need to use a program called Tiled (comes with the Don't Starve Mod Tools on steam) to create your own set pieces.
