Hello everyone.

I'm sure most of you have wondered at one point or another "why doesn't chester/smallbirds/ect give/make you lose sanity?", or maybe you didn't. But I have wondered that before, so I have an idea with a small mod that tweaks this (yes I know everything I ever do has to do with smallbirds).

Because you probably know what I mean, I am going to show the sanity aura level/aka the amount of sanity you gain:

Chester: 5 per minute while holding the eyebone, and 10 per minute with the eyebone in Chester.

Smallbirds: 40 per minute (if you can get the birdy to stay still).

Smallish Tallbird: 30 per minute (reason is because the character feels safe with it guarding them).

Mandrake: -4 per minute while following, but +20 with Wendy (reason for loss is because of its constant sound).

Rock lobsters: 10 per minute.

Befriended clockwork creatures: -5 per minute (because the character does not know if they are fully friendly or not).

So what do you think? Or should this be added to the actual game?

Share your thoughts.

I don't think Chester should have a sanity boost, because once the player finds Chester, he/she most likely wouldn't find sanity a problem at all. The birds should have a sanity boost, but it shouldn't be that high.

Thats exactly why its so low.
