Rock Lobsters Destroyig my game

I've seen so many of these threads. Have Klei never said anything about Rocklobster reproduction rate on the surface?

I doubt the Developers have much time right now, especially with most of their attention on DST, but hopefully a fix gets out for Don't Starve and is implemented in Don't Starve Together for reasons I mentioned in my balance multiplayer thread.

Edit: I hate bumping older threads but, no point making "another" Rocklobster thread. Hopefully Wade gets the notification.

I understand they are very busy on DST, but hopefully they will find the time to do something like limit the Rock Lobster herd size to 12.

This is really a world-ending problem. They will eventually infest a world to such a degree, that the only escape would be to use the Teleportato to jump into the next world.

It's such a shame, because Rock Lobsters are one of my favorite creatures in the game, with their hilarious Cthulhu face tentacles.

I really dont think this should be under general discussion and put under technical issues because thats what it causes.. I cant enjoy going into my cave entrance without a miute of lage to get my guy out of it.. this ruins the game.. i am on PS4 and day 800 almost and I should have to jump to a new world to get this fixed. People have complained about it for years and its still not fixed.. what the hell is so hard to fix with a patch? Unfortunately us PS4 players cant MOD the game and give them 1 HP or despawn them like stream players do. Even on the computer version I had to stop on day 500 plus because the cave messed my game up and had to delete it because there was no fix for that issue either with months of waiting.. So why create multiplayer and Giants if you cant even fix the original game???
