TeSrOy Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 I don't know if it is steam's fault or not but my don't starve is permanently in the preview even though I updated my steam and the update has come out. Also I have lost my worlds and all of my characters. So yeah please help. Spazmatic Posted September 12, 2013 Share Posted September 12, 2013 Did you opt out of the preview build? Go to your Steam library, click Don't Starve and go to properties. Now check the beta tab. Does it say you're in "none" or in the "previewtest"? If it's the latter, select none and save the setting. If this isn't your case, then I don't know what the problem is..Also make sure Steam isn't in offline mode, I had that happen before which seemingly made me lose all my saves, but re-logging in Steam fixed it. Happens sometimes when I log in on my computer and Steam auto-starts (I put that option off).
