Humble Bundle Update Keys?

Hi,

Firstly kudos for adding your titles to the Humble Bundle plan, it's helped make the latest bundle up there with EA's Origin efforts just a month ago. Thank you.

Secondly, I have paid towards this bundle [split the cost 50/50 instead of leaving it as the website auto splits it], and have noticed that whilst your updater is included in the packages for your games, there are no keys to activate the updaters?

Is this intention due to the price people are paying for the bundles? Or something that can be rectified?

Thanks :)

Too bad that I tried to follow the advice in the updater (as far as I understood them) to turn updates off. Now I can't enter the key, and the game silently quits with no error message or anything. Seems I just killed the game. Is there any way to delete that setting and get back to normal?

To be precise, the message was in https://kleisupport.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1289296 and says:

"If you would like to disable the updater, the first dialog box that pops up has a check box titled "Disable Updates". Check that and you should never be bothered by it again."

There is no such check box, but there was a disabling selection in the meny.

Shouldn't the Preferences be in the Preferences folder?

Anyway, it did not help. The game updates itself, and silently quits with no explanation. MacBook 2009, OSX 10.7, NVidia 9400M. Program located either in Program folder or elsewhere. What are the system requirements?

Good point. It looks like there's a similar problem on Linux where they're in ~/.klei/ when they should be following the XDG Base Directory Standard.

I posted a guide explaining that one for the devs at
