Easier Life Regen and Walls

I think that they should make it easier to to heal like add bandages out of grass or silk, i found it annoying when I had half health and I couldent get it back up. Anouther thing is walls, I dont want it to ba a major thing but some type of baracade if you have a base, but it would be difficult to make and enemies could tear it down, maybe you could even use a bow to defend with silk and twigs. Just some thoughts I had that I thought would be cool.

Welcome! Honey is a great way to heal up. And the Devs said that walls will get added when the mobs get some better AI, but who knows when this will be.
