(Well...everyone died.)

(#Bestsummaryever basically, everyone was killed by Shadowfall and now their souls are in his soul trap. And now they're going into Joseph's mind...)

Pops closes his eyes, as Jakob and Snowfall begin loosing consciousness. It isn't long before they wake up in the pitch black.

[Battal]

Taking a moment to observe his surroundings, Jakob speaks.

<Okay, we're through.  What do we need to do?>

[Blewcheese]

It depends. What do you see?

[Battal]

Jakob quickly spins around before replying.  

"Nothing."

[Blewcheese]

Try using your abilities. If you can use them, it means Joseph's subconscious doesn't know you're in there yet, and hasn't tried to suppress them.

[Battal]

Jakob attempts and succeeds to create fire.

"Okay, it's still working."

[Blewcheese]

When Jakob creates fire, it lights up the area to show that they are in a cave.

Good... Good... Walk around for a bit. Explore. Tell me what you find.

[Battal]

"Alright."

Jakob walks around in the cave, looking for suspicious objects or additional areas.

[Blewcheese]

Eventually, the cave branches to two paths. One goes up, and one goes down.

[Battal]

Jakob shines his light down both tunnels.  Both give him a bad feeling, but he ignores it.

"Which one should I take?" He asks Pops.

"There are two different tunnels.  One leading up and one leading down."

Go up. I doubt anything important will be below.

[Battal]

"Sounds good." Jakob says.  He walks up to the tunnel and begins upwards, being careful not to slip.  One misplaced step, and his brains would be splattered across Joseph's consciousness.

[Blewcheese]

As Jakob advances, a flash of sunlight can be seen. When he gets out of the cave, there is nothing but desert and the cave seems to have vanished entirely.

[Battal]

"For a telepathic multi-personalitied god-blessed Warrior, your head is pretty empty, Joseph." Jakob mumbles under his breath.  "Alright, I'm out of the cave and in a desert.  What now?" 

[Blewcheese]

Desert? Hold on a second.

In the blink of an eye, the expanse in front of Jakob becomes a large ocean littered with boats.

Did that do anything?

[Battal]

"HOLY - yeah, that did something."  Jakob says, inching away from the water a bit.

[Blewcheese]

That's what I thought. He was thirsty. I hope you know how to swim.

As Jakob backs away, the tide grows as the water laps against his feet.

[Battal]

"Swim?!?!?!  I start dying in the water!" Jakob shouts.

[Blewcheese]

Right. Find some way to float across. Try to imagineer something.

[Battal]

<Okay.  There's an enormous boat, right in front of me! No - an airship, yeah, an airship.   All ready to float over a giant ocean thing.>

[Blewcheese]

Rather than a large airship that Jakob may or may not have been expecting, a small red balloon appears in Jakob's hand, and a feeling of exhaustion washes over him.
