Shadowfall

Okay, so, here's the basic lore you have to know:

The group woke up on the Islands, apart from eachother and seemingly alone.  After finding and following a series of clues, they meet Azcar Vorteth.  After completing some tasks for him, he tells them about Shadowfall, an immensely powerful shadow demon trapped in the very place they are.  They then head to Hammerfall Canyon to meet some friends of his, who can help finding Shadowfall.  

 

Upon reaching the canyon, they meet Wilson P. Higgsburry, a scientist who is building a portal to Their dimension.  However, he has lost an important piece deep underground. The group heads into the caves, and finds the portal piece.  Soon afterwards, Satoshi is killed in a strange mental battle within a school.  Upon entering the dimension, the group talks with Them and offers them 3 ancient artifacts.  They give the demons two of these in exchange for Shadowfall's location.  They tell the group that he is trapped deep underground, in the ruins.

 

Upon reaching the ruins, the group is attacked by a group of shadow demons.  Snowfall falls down the sinkhole and dies, but returns as a ghost.  They find Shadowfall's tomb, and fight the demon lord, who is hanging on a wall. They implale him with his old sword, but he sends it flying back at Azcar, killing him and trapping his soul.  Shadowfall then breaks free and warps away, teleporting the group back to Azcar's home.

 

The group heads back to Wilson's home, where Jakob devises a plan to find Shadowfall.  He plans to trap a cage, who can tell them.  He builds a cage out of a fiery material while the group gets souls to lure the demon.  They then meets Viti-Mortos, a powerful shade, and trap him.  He tells them that Shadowfall has gone to Oranihil, the Edge of Nothing.  He has locked himself in with a Shadow Seal, which can only be broken by two beacons of light.  He and the group then head to the first beacon's temple.

OOC:i ws just about asking what happened...

IC:

The bunnyman temple was quite, just two priest stand at a statue and said things to the godness.

Rabbitfist came in with some guards.

"Where is the sword?" he asked

"its here, we protected it with our life.but why do you need it?" the priest asked

"the dark days are back.Salucus sended me a vision.the one called shadowfall will destroy the worlds."

he grabbed the sword, holded it up to the sky and gets teleported to battals location.

Sundrop: "Go away bastard! We don't need you over here!"

Snowfall: "J-Joseph?"

[Blewcheese]

Joseph has a tired expression.

"Listen, Snowfall, did you die or not? What's going on here?"

[Will]

"Snowfall!"

Will and Dark Will arrive at the scene, both armed.

"What are you doing to her!?"

Sundrop: "Why do you guys think I'm always hurting her?"

*Snowfall is hugging Sundrop crying. She looks the same way as in Joseph's vision, only her hair is completely braided*

Snowfall: "I-I dunno what happened! I was pushed out, and before I could go back, I was back here!"

[Blewcheese]

Joseph shakes his head.

"I know you wouldn't hurt her. If you would, she'd be dead. She has no injuries... But something's seriously wrong."

He looks at Sundrop.

"Listen, I know we don't have the best of histories, but your sister is in pain. I think a temporary truce is in order, at least until we figure out what's wrong."

[Ellebelly24]

Sundrop: "whateva-"

Snowfall: "don't you dare call him what I know you're gonna say."

Sundrop: "Fine. Whateva, Joseph"

[Blewcheese]

Joseph nods at Sundrop and bends down in front of Snowfall.

"Tell me what happened. Exactly."

[Ellebelly24]

*Snowfall lets go of Sundrop and faces Joseph*

Snowfall: "It happened right after you left. I was gonna go to the village, but something was pushing me out. Shadow hands gripped me around my neck and pulled me out of my purgatory."

*She shows Joseph her stinging red neck*

[Blewcheese]

Joseph nods.

"Did you see this happening to any of the other souls?"

[Ellebelly24]

Snowfall: "all I saw were my 2 friends, but they hid in the houses like the other people when the shadows came..."

[Blewcheese]

"I see..."

Joseph frowns.

"Satoshi is alive again as well. It seems someone, or something, doesn't want our souls in peace."

[Ellebelly24]

*Snowfall hugs Joseph*

Snowfall: "I'm scared Joseph..."

[Blewcheese]

Joseph hugs Snowfall back.

"It's going to be fine. Don't worry."

He strokes her hair.

[Ellebelly24]

(Even though her hair is in a braid...)

Sundrop: *gags and rolls hr eyes*

"Gosh sis, I never knew that you would ever become a lovebird."

[Blewcheese]

(Is that wrong? Can one not stroke braided hair?)

Joseph laughs and rolls his eyes.

"Yes. Lovebirds. We're clearly in love."

He detaches himself from Snowfall.

"So, Sunfall, what's the deal? You going to try to kill us?"

[Ellebelly24]

Sundrop: "it's Sundrop! Get it right! And of course I'm not! I wouldn't hurt my sisters friends, maybe."

Snowfall: "shut up Sundrop. We better go get the rest of the group."

[Blewcheese]

Joseph nods.

"Right."

He walks back towards where the others are, expecting Snowfall and Sundrop to follow.

[Ellebelly24]

*Snowfall and Sundrop follow, and you can hear Sundrop whispering something*

[Blewcheese]

Joseph shakes his head. He's too tired to ask questions, too tired to even walk. He needs rest. He makes it halfway to the others before fainting.

[Will]

Sakutaro silently walks out of he darkness, holding his knife. No one sees him, as they are all looking at Joseph. He slips behind Will, and puts the knife to his throat. The sound of steel on human flesh sounds throughout the cavern.

Will falls to the floor, sputtering for breath. Dark Will turns to Will to see Sakutaro racing back into the shadows.

Sundrop: "people can't die here b*tch."

[Battal]

Will, your characters have a nasty habit of killing each other off.

[Malan-Tai]

Yriel had seen and was following the group since they entered the caves. But he was too shy to talk to them. But when he sees Sakutaro killing Will, he doesn't think and throw a bunch of psychic lightning on the killer.

EDIT: (Who said anything about Will dying? I can think ahead too, you know.)

Dark Will drops to Will's side, trying to slow the bleeding. He looks to Sundrop.

"What part did you have in this?! Answer me, you treacherous monster!"

The whole cavern is lit, as Sakutaro is singed by the lightning. He falls to the ground, and is enveloped in darkness. He sinks down into the ground, most likely to Shadowfall's corpse collection.
