Is there a size limit to threads?

I wrote a pretty meaty suggestion list(I'm talking, fill up hunger 100% type meaty) as my first post and it didn't show up. I just wanted to know if it was seen by any mods at all, because it would be a bit of a hassle, but I'd write it again if anything. It might have been too big for its own good, so i'm not too sure if there's a character cap that would have crushed it into oblivion.

there is a character limit on a single post but so far essay length posts have made it up. Normally you get a notice informing you if you pass the character limit.

As for reply limits there is a thread on 157 pages without any signs of slowing down...

Thank you. I'll rewrite my suggestion opus again, then

Make sure you format it appropriately, using headers, lists, separate paragraph and bold the most important stuff of every paragraph.

If you end up with a huge wall of unreadable text nobody will read it and you'd written it, twice, in vain.

Thanks for the advice, but I think I did a decent job of it. The eyes, they need space.
