I was just wondering what the typical response time is these days. Has anyone recently contacted Klei Support, and if so, how long did it take to get a reply from an actual person? Thanks in advance! We attempt to do what we can to try to get you a resolution to an issue the first time we respond, so players don't have to deal with a bunch of back and forth. I checked based on the email address you have here on the forums and found your ticket. We have had some discussions internally across multiple teams to figure out if there is anything we are able to do for you.
