Hi everyone,

I submitted a support request to Klei on Monday and replied the automatic confirmation email the same day, but I haven't heard anything back since then. I was just wondering what the typical response time is these days. Has anyone recently contacted Klei Support, and if so, how long did it take to get a reply from an actual person? Thanks in advance!

We have your ticket. We attempt to do what we can to try to get you a resolution to an issue the first time we respond, so players don't have to deal with a bunch of back and forth. 

I checked based on the email address you have here on the forums and found your ticket. We have had some discussions internally across multiple teams to figure out if there is anything we are able to do for you. You should be getting a response sometime soon.
