But players who think hardy circuit with maximum 17.5% damage reduction is too weak, they have no choice.
That's why I think hardy circuit should get buff.

What?

I think that 32.5% is too strong and makes the game unfun for me: You say I should just not use it

You think that 17.5% is too weak and not fun for you: You say that you have no choice and they need to buff it for your preferences.  Why not just not use it like you are advising me to??  

Legitimately if you think that it is too weak now and unfun for you, just take your exact own advice and choose a different skill since you seem to think that is fair.  A lot of people like this skill as-is, and would appreciate it not being made unfun.
