Can we get a decent Joust-a-dash equivalent weapon?

Long poke slow attacks and charge are just really cool to have in general. I think it self balances by being very slow and higher risk reward case for when dashing. Generally counters some enemies that might kite you and make you have more range in a cost of dps. Might be a decent weapon for people with lag that can't do dueling in servers, or at least be a good alternative longer reach weapon even if it makes fights slower.
